This spring we bought a semi in ground pool and had no issues. The company had great installation availability and did a beautiful job. A few months later, we were in search of a new, larger patio set. Lisa was our customer service helper and was extremely professional and helpful. We ended up financing the set and she made the process so simple. She was also patient and friendly, not pushy, when I came in with my 3 young kids. I highly recommend Backyard Masters!
The hot tub is absolutely top of the line and it is a beautiful addition to our yard. Lisa was unbelievable. Answered all of our questions and kept us posted on our orders. The turnaround time of install was perfect for us as well. Last year our old pool cracked and we wanted to have new one installed for our daughters 1st birthday party and also extend our deck.
